Millions of India's skilled workers take jobs far from home, often on the strength of a promise made by someone they've never met. We believe finding good work shouldn't require that leap of faith.

To connect India's skilled workers with verified employers, on terms that protect them.

We verify every employer before their job goes live. We require every job to guarantee accommodation, health insurance, and transport. And we give workers control over their own information — so applying for a job never means giving up their privacy.

The platform is free for workers. It always will be.

Why we exist

Skilled workers looking for jobs abroad, or in another state, face a familiar problem: it's hard to know which offers are real, and harder to know what conditions you'll actually find on arrival. Promises made at the point of hiring aren't always kept.

We built SkillIndiaConnect to change what a job listing means.

How we're different

• Every employer is verified. Companies submit registration documents and are reviewed by our team before they can post a single job.
• Every job must protect the worker. Accommodation, health insurance, and transport aren't optional extras — they're requirements built into the platform. A job that doesn't provide them cannot be published. Not by an employer, not by an administrator.
• Workers control their own information. You decide what employers can see. Hide your phone number, and it's genuinely hidden — not stored behind a setting we might change our minds about.
• Free for workers, always. Employers pay to hire. Workers never pay to find work.

Who we serve

Skilled and semi-skilled workers across trades, and employers in India and the Gulf who want to hire them properly. We work in English, Hindi, and Arabic, and we built the platform for the phones our users actually carry — not the ones in a design studio.
