These terms explain the rules for using Skill India Connect. By making an account you agree to them.

Who can use Skill India Connect
You must be at least 18 years old and give true information about yourself or your company. One email address may be used for one account and one role only.
Your account
Keep your password private. You are responsible for what happens under your account. Tell us straight away if you think someone else is using it.
Rules for workers
Give accurate information about your skills, experience, and documents. Do not upload documents that are not yours. Never pay anyone for a job on this platform — we do not charge workers, and no employer or agent is allowed to ask you for money.
Rules for employers
You must register your company and pass our checks before you can post a job. Every job you post must include accommodation, health insurance, and transport; our system will not publish a job without all three. Job details must be true, including pay, hours, and location.
Verification
We check companies and documents before approving them, but we cannot guarantee that every listing or profile is perfect. Use your judgement, and report anything that looks wrong.
Applications and hiring
We introduce workers and employers. We are not the employer, and we are not a party to any employment contract you sign. The employer is responsible for the job, the pay, and the working conditions.
Payments
Workers pay nothing. Employers pay for subscription plans as shown at checkout. Payment terms, renewals, and refunds are described on the subscription page at the time of purchase.
What you may not do
Do not post false, misleading, or unlawful content. Do not harass other users. Do not try to break, scrape, or misuse the platform. Do not use the platform to charge workers a recruitment fee.
Suspension
We may suspend or remove an account that breaks these terms, that is used for fraud, or that puts workers at risk.
Our responsibility
We work to keep the platform available and accurate, but we provide it as-is. We are not responsible for the actions of employers or workers, or for losses arising from an employment relationship formed through the platform.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. We will change the date at the top of this page, and tell you about significant changes in the app or by email.
